How to make a reservation online

  1. Before booking, please read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Regulations.
  2. Open the reservation calendar and choose your fishing date. Dates marked "Available" can be booked until the day before.
  3. Choose how to book: log in as a member, sign up with your email address and a password, or book without signing up. Members can check their reservations on My Page. If you book without signing up, we will email you a link to check or cancel your reservation.
  4. Enter the number of anglers, rental boats and life jackets, your fishing style and, if you like, your accommodation in Japan. Check the details and the cancellation policy, then submit your reservation.
  5. You will receive a "Reservation received" email. Our staff will review your reservation and send you a "Reservation complete" email.
  6. On the day, please come to the reception office at Lake Shikaribetsu and tell the staff your name and reservation number. We will hand you your fishing license (fishing ticket + survey form).
  7. Everyone on the boat needs a fishing license, including people who do not fish.
  8. The lake is limited to 50 anglers per day, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation calendar

Fees

  • Fishing license: ¥4,190 per person per day (tax included)
  • Rental boat: ¥2,500 per boat (tax included)
  • Life jacket: ¥500 each (tax included)
  • Elementary and junior high school students can fish free when accompanied by a parent.
  • Please pay at the reception office on the day. Credit cards are accepted.

Changes and cancellations

  • Because the number of anglers per day is limited, a cancellation fee of 100% applies to any cancellation by the customer.
  • If you would like to change your date, please contact us at least 10 days before your reservation date. You can change your date only once, within the same year, and only if the new date has space.
  • If fishing is cancelled by the organizer due to bad weather or other unavoidable reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged. We will contact you by email.
  • To change or cancel your reservation, please use the contact form or the "Request cancellation" button on My Page (members) or on the reservation page linked in your email (if you booked without signing up).
